Installation Guide:
- Mount the Controller: Secure the unit conveniently within the driver’s reach using the provided mounting hardware.
- Connect Wiring: Follow the instructions to connect the controller to your vehicle’s lighting or siren systems.
- Program Buttons: Customize each button for desired functionality using the system’s guidelines.
- Test the System: Verify that each button operates the designated functions properly.
Custom-Built Orders: SoundOff Signal products are custom-built to order. This means manufacturing begins after your order is placed.
Order Cancellation Policy: You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request an order cancellation. After this 24-hour window, orders cannot be canceled because the custom manufacturing process may have already begun.
Shipping Time: Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks from the date your order is placed for shipment. We will ship your order as soon as it is ready and provide tracking information once it becomes available.
Return Policy: Returns require prior authorization from SoundOff Signal. Non-defective returns are subject to SoundOff Signal's approval. Original factory packaging is required. Custom-built orders are subject to the applicable return restrictions.
