Shipping:

Warranty:
SoundOff Signal offers a warranty on this beacon, covering any defects in materials or workmanship. All warranty claims must be processed through us, as SoundOff Signal only accepts returns from the original purchaser.
If you need to initiate a warranty claim, please contact us directly. We will coordinate with SoundOff Signal to facilitate the return of your product to their facility. SoundOff Signal will assess the item to determine if it requires repair or replacement.
• Warranty Claim Process: Please allow 30 to 60 days for the warranty process, depending on shipping and inspection times.
• Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
