Warranty:
SoundOff Signal provides a warranty for this beacon, covering any defects in materials or workmanship. All warranty claims must be processed through us, as SoundOff Signal only accepts returns from the original purchaser.
If you experience any issues and need to file a warranty claim, please contact us directly. We will coordinate with SoundOff Signal to facilitate the return of your product for inspection. SoundOff Signal will determine if repair or replacement is necessary.
• Warranty Claim Process: Expect 30 to 60 days for the warranty process, depending on shipping and inspection times.
• Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for warranty claims are the customer’s responsibility, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
