Shipping:
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for shipping, as each unit is manufactured by SoundOff Signal to meet high standards of quality and reliability.
Warranty:
SoundOff Signal offers a warranty on this beacon, covering any defects in materials or workmanship. All warranty claims must be processed through us, as SoundOff Signal only handles returns from the original purchaser.
If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us directly. We will work with SoundOff Signal to facilitate the return of your product for evaluation. SoundOff Signal will then determine whether repair or replacement is needed.
• Warranty Claim Process: Allow 30 to 60 days for the warranty process, depending on shipping and inspection times.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Time: Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks from the date your order is placed for shipment. We will ship your order as soon as it is ready and provide tracking information once it becomes available.
