Shipping:
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for shipping, as each unit is manufactured by SoundOff Signal to meet strict quality standards and durability requirements.
Warranty:
SoundOff Signal provides a warranty on this beacon, covering defects in materials or workmanship. All warranty claims must be initiated through us, as SoundOff Signal only processes returns from the original purchaser.
If you need to submit a warranty claim, please contact us directly. We will coordinate with SoundOff Signal to facilitate the return process, ensuring the product is shipped to their facility for inspection. SoundOff Signal will assess the item to determine if it requires repair or replacement.
• Warranty Claim Process: Please allow 30 to 60 days for the warranty process, depending on shipping and inspection times.
• Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
