Shipping:
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for shipping, as each unit is manufactured by SoundOff Signal to meet high-quality standards.
Warranty:
SoundOff Signal provides a warranty for this signal light, covering defects in materials or workmanship. All warranty claims must be processed through us, as SoundOff Signal only accepts returns from the original purchaser.
If you encounter any issues and need to make a warranty claim, please contact us directly. We will coordinate with SoundOff Signal to facilitate the return process, ensuring the product is sent to their facility for assessment. SoundOff Signal will determine if repair or replacement is necessary.
- Warranty Claim Process: Please allow 30 to 60 days for processing, depending on shipping and inspection times.
- Shipping Costs: All shipping costs associated with warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
