We will coordinate with SoundOff Signal to facilitate the return process, ensuring the product is sent to their facility for assessment. SoundOff Signal will determine if repair or replacement is necessary.
- Warranty Claim Process: Please allow 30 to 60 days for processing, depending on shipping and inspection times.
