Warranty:
SoundOff Signal provides a warranty for this 8-Button Controller, covering any defects in materials or workmanship. All warranty claims must be processed through us, as SoundOff Signal only accepts returns from the original purchaser.
If you need to submit a warranty claim, please contact us directly. We will coordinate with SoundOff Signal to manage the return process, ensuring your product is sent to their facility for assessment. SoundOff Signal will determine if the unit requires repair or replacement.
- Warranty Claim Process: Please allow 30 to 60 days for processing, depending on shipping and inspection times.
- Shipping Costs: All shipping costs associated with warranty claims are the customer’s responsibility, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
