Warranty:
SoundOff Signal provides a warranty on this control panel, covering defects in materials or workmanship. All warranty claims must be processed through us, as SoundOff Signal only handles returns from the original purchaser.
If you need to file a warranty claim, please contact us directly. We will coordinate with SoundOff Signal to facilitate the return process, ensuring that the product is sent to their facility for assessment. SoundOff Signal will determine if the unit requires repair or replacement.
- Warranty Claim Process: Please allow 30 to 60 days for the warranty process, depending on shipping and inspection times.
- Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
