- Ensure Safety: Make sure the vehicle's power is off before starting the installation.
- Remove Existing Amplifier: Disconnect and remove any current amplifier box from the vehicle.
- Position New Amplifier: Place the SoundOff Signal Amplifier Box in the designated mounting location.
- Connect Wiring: Attach the wiring harnesses to the appropriate ports on the amplifier, following the provided instructions.
- Secure Amplifier: Use mounting hardware to firmly secure the amplifier box in place.
- Test System: Power on the vehicle and test the siren system to confirm proper functionality.
Shipping:
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for shipping, as each unit is manufactured by SoundOff Signal to meet stringent quality standards.
Warranty:
SoundOff Signal provides a warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship for this amplifier box. All warranty claims must be processed through us, as SoundOff Signal only handles returns from the original purchaser.
If you need to initiate a warranty claim, please contact us directly. We will coordinate with SoundOff Signal to facilitate the return process, ensuring the product is sent to their facility for evaluation. SoundOff Signal will determine if repair or replacement is necessary.
- Warranty Claim Process: Allow 30 to 60 days for processing, depending on shipping and inspection times.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom-Built Orders: SoundOff Signal products are custom-built to order. This means manufacturing begins after your order is placed.
Order Cancellation Policy: You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request an order cancellation. After this 24-hour window, orders cannot be canceled because the custom manufacturing process may have already begun.
Shipping Time: Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks from the date your order is placed for shipment. We will ship your order as soon as it is ready and provide tracking information once it becomes available.
Return Policy: Returns require prior authorization from SoundOff Signal. Non-defective returns are subject to SoundOff Signal's approval. Original factory packaging is required. Custom-built orders are subject to the applicable return restrictions.
