Warranty:
SoundOff Signal provides a warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for this bezel. All warranty claims must be processed through us, as SoundOff Signal only handles returns from the original purchaser.
If you encounter any issues and need to make a warranty claim, please contact us directly. We will coordinate with SoundOff Signal to manage the return process, ensuring the product is sent to their facility for assessment. SoundOff Signal will determine if repair or replacement is necessary.
- Warranty Claim Process: Allow 30 to 60 days for processing, depending on shipping and inspection times.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
