How to Install:
- Select Mounting Location: Choose a convenient area in the vehicle interior for the console and speakers.
- Mount Speakers and Control Console: Securely attach the speakers and control panel using the provided hardware.
- Connect Wiring: Follow the instructions to wire the control system and speakers to the vehicle’s electrical and siren systems.
- Program Functions: Set up each button to control the desired lighting, siren, and auxiliary functions.
- Test the System: Test each control and audio output to ensure proper functionality and clarity.
Warranty:
SoundOff Signal offers a warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship for this control system. All warranty claims must be processed through us, as SoundOff Signal only handles returns from the original purchaser.
If you need to initiate a warranty claim, please contact us directly. We will coordinate with SoundOff Signal to manage the return process, ensuring the product is sent to their facility for evaluation. SoundOff Signal will determine if repair or replacement is necessary.
Custom-Built Orders: SoundOff Signal products are custom-built to order. This means manufacturing begins after your order is placed.
Order Cancellation Policy: You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request an order cancellation. After this 24-hour window, orders cannot be canceled because the custom manufacturing process may have already begun.
Shipping Time: Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks from the date your order is placed for shipment. We will ship your order as soon as it is ready and provide tracking information once it becomes available.
Return Policy: Returns require prior authorization from SoundOff Signal. Non-defective returns are subject to SoundOff Signal's approval. Original factory packaging is required. Custom-built orders are subject to the applicable return restrictions.
