Warranty:
SoundOff Signal provides a warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for this control system. All warranty claims must be processed through us, as SoundOff Signal only accepts returns from the original purchaser.
If you need to initiate a warranty claim, please contact us directly. We will coordinate with SoundOff Signal to facilitate the return process, ensuring your product is sent to their facility for assessment. SoundOff Signal will determine if repair or replacement is necessary.
