2. Use the provided mounting hardware to secure the guard in place.

Shipping:
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for shipping, as each unit is manufactured by SoundOff Signal to meet stringent quality and durability standards.
Warranty:
SoundOff Signal provides a warranty on this branch guard, covering any defects in materials or workmanship. All warranty claims must be processed through us, as SoundOff Signal only handles returns from the original purchaser.
If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us directly. We will work with SoundOff Signal to coordinate the return process, allowing your product to be sent to their facility for assessment. SoundOff Signal will determine if the guard needs repair or replacement.
• Warranty Claim Process: Please allow 30 to 60 days for the warranty process, depending on shipping and inspection times.
• Shipping Costs: All shipping costs associated with warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom-Built Orders: SoundOff Signal products are custom-built to order. This means manufacturing begins after your order is placed.
Order Cancellation Policy: You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request an order cancellation. After this 24-hour window, orders cannot be canceled because the custom manufacturing process may have already begun.
Shipping Time: Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks from the date your order is placed for shipment. We will ship your order as soon as it is ready and provide tracking information once it becomes available.
Return Policy: Returns require prior authorization from SoundOff Signal. Non-defective returns are subject to SoundOff Signal's approval. Original factory packaging is required. Custom-built orders are subject to the applicable return restrictions.
