Warranty:
SoundOff Signal provides a warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for this dome cover. All warranty claims must be processed through us, as SoundOff Signal only accepts returns from the original purchaser.
If you experience any issues and need to process a warranty claim, please contact us directly. We will coordinate with SoundOff Signal to facilitate the return process, ensuring your product is sent to their facility for evaluation. SoundOff Signal will determine if repair or replacement is necessary.
- Warranty Claim Process: Allow 30 to 60 days for processing, depending on shipping and inspection times.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
