How to Install:
1. Disconnect power to the lighting system before installation.
2. Position the driver board in the designated location within your SoundOff Signal lighting setup.
3. Follow the installation instructions to securely connect the board.
4. Restore power and test to ensure the lighting operates correctly with the new driver board.
Shipping:
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for shipping, as each driver board is manufactured by SoundOff Signal to meet stringent quality standards.
Warranty:
SoundOff Signal provides a warranty for this driver board, covering defects in materials or workmanship. All warranty claims must be processed through us, as SoundOff Signal only accepts returns from the original purchaser.
If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us directly. We will coordinate with SoundOff Signal to manage the return process, ensuring your product is sent to their facility for evaluation. SoundOff Signal will assess if the driver board requires repair or replacement.
• Warranty Claim Process: Allow 30 to 60 days for processing, depending on shipping and inspection times.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom-Built Orders: SoundOff Signal products are custom-built to order. This means manufacturing begins after your order is placed.
Order Cancellation Policy: You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request an order cancellation. After this 24-hour window, orders cannot be canceled because the custom manufacturing process may have already begun.
Shipping Time: Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks from the date your order is placed for shipment. We will ship your order as soon as it is ready and provide tracking information once it becomes available.
Return Policy: Returns require prior authorization from SoundOff Signal. Non-defective returns are subject to SoundOff Signal's approval. Original factory packaging is required. Custom-built orders are subject to the applicable return restrictions.
