Shipping:
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for shipping, as each unit is manufactured by SoundOff Signal to meet high standards of quality and reliability.
Warranty:
SoundOff Signal offers a warranty on this driver board, covering defects in materials or workmanship. All warranty claims must be processed through us, as SoundOff Signal only accepts returns from the original purchaser.
If you need to submit a warranty claim, please contact us directly. We will coordinate with SoundOff Signal to facilitate the return process, ensuring your product is sent to their facility for assessment. SoundOff Signal will determine if the board requires repair or replacement.
• Warranty Claim Process: Please allow 30 to 60 days for the warranty process, depending on shipping and inspection times.
• Shipping Costs: All shipping costs associated with warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
