SoundOff Signal provides a warranty on this magnetic mount kit, covering any defects in materials or workmanship. All warranty claims must be processed through us, as SoundOff Signal only accepts returns from the original purchaser.
If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us directly. We will work with SoundOff Signal to coordinate the return process, ensuring your product is sent to their facility for inspection. SoundOff Signal will determine if repair or replacement is necessary.
